Pool
The pool is a 10x5 m inground pool, overlooking the vineyard and the valley below. Around the pool are a gazebo, a shower and 8 lounge chairs, Beach towels are also provided. A cover helps keep the water warm and ensures that the pool is usable for the whole summer... and more
Patio
Our patio comes with a grape and wisteria covered pergola, dinning table and chairs seating 8 people, a BBQ station, as well as an outdoor wood oven. We also have an independent bathroom just off the patio that serves as our laundry room. The property boasts a fruit orchard of figs, peaches, plums, apples, pears and cherry trees, which we encourage you to help yourself to.

Bedrooms
The house sleeps 7+1. It has 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom, 2 double and a single bedroom.
Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom located on the main floor with
king size sleigh bed. This room is large enough to hold two extra
fold-out beds, available upon request.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom on second floor w/fab views of the valley
below and the historic village of Partigliano above.
Bedroom 3: This room can be made into a twin or double room, upon your
request. It boasts views of our family vineyard and at night in June,
is the best place in the house to be to watch the fire flies light up
the fields. A real treat!
Bedroom 4: single room with pull out day bed to become a twin. Access
to bedroom #3 can be only be had via bedroom #4, the single bedroom
that converts into a twin. As such, we recommend that bedrooms 3 and 4
be used by the same family, usually Mom and Dad in # 3 and kids in #4.
Cots are available for extra children.
Living Area
On the main floor, an eat-in kitchen an a large living room
Kitchen: new chestnut wood kitchen has 5 hob range and gas oven, MIELE Refrigerator/Freezer, toaster, blender, and electric kettle and new Bosch dishwasher. An antique farm table that seats 8 adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with staples...sugar, salt,etc...
The living room has a brick fireplace, two 4 seater comfortable leather couches, a board games corner for children, a flat screen TV with digital video library, and a small desk with computer screen for those who need to get some holiday work done.
The upstairs bathroom has WC, bidet, shower and sink. There is a second bathroom in a separate building that adjoins the outdoor patio and provides an extra bathtub, WC, sink, and washing machine. Two clothes horses are provided for hanging your clothes to dry.
